CRMSense
Pipeline Intelligence

The intelligence layer that sits on top of Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho —
without ripping out the CRM your team already lives in.

Project Details

Reps were spending more time updating the CRM than selling it. Records were stale, call notes were thin to the point of uselessness, and managers had no reliable read on which deals were real. CRMSense sits on top of the existing CRM rather than replacing it. A bi-directional sync layer ingests emails, calls, calendar events and meetings, normalises them into a unified activity store, and writes structured intelligence back into the native records: AI summaries of every touchpoint, sentiment, calibrated intent scores from a gradient-boosted model, and a recommended next action per deal stage.

Contacts are auto-enriched with firmographics, role and tech stack on creation. Reps open the CRM to a prioritised daily worklist; managers get a forecast grounded in signal rather than optimism.

Project Research

Intent scoring is where these systems usually go wrong — an uncalibrated score is worse than no score, because reps learn to ignore it and the whole layer dies.

We trained a gradient-boosted model on engagement, recency and language cues, then calibrated it against closed-won and closed-lost outcomes until an 80 genuinely meant an 80. A score reps trust is a score reps act on.

Project Results

CRMSense lifted win rate by 32% and returned roughly twelve hours per rep per week. CRM field coverage reached 90% — not because anyone was told to fill the fields in, but because the system fills them. Forecast accuracy roughly doubled.
